After we had been to the notary for the ‘key transfer’ the house was officially ours.
We bought the house casco. Without windows, doors, walls, water, electricity, etc. Only the outer walls were there.
How exciting is that!
We then drove directly to US home. Jasper and I had bought a present for each other to celebrate it!
When we unpacked it turned out that we had bought the same for each other ?
A set of old keys …. so we could ‘open’ the front door together.
Very nice if you know each other well and understand! Especially if you go on a great adventure together. Buying a house abroad and also having it remodeled remotely.
Now we can look back together on a great experience! We are very proud of what we have achieved so far and are also looking forward to making Can Elisa even more beautiful step by step.
